Knowledge is power.
I overcame my Panic Attacks in 2004 after gaining the necessary knowledge. I learned what caused my anxiety and my panic attacks, I learned exactly what was going on in my body and why I was feeling what I was feeling.
This was powerful.
It gave me more strength and control and helped me to take away my fear of the fear.
As a result I knew what to do whenever the anxiety tiger, as I call it, tried to show his anxiety inducing head.
